Tang Min'an, Doctor of Engineering, Postdoctoral Fellow, Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor. The current Dean of the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Lanzhou Jiaotong University. IEEE Senior Member, Senior Member of the Chinese Society of Automation, Senior Member of the Chinese Electronics Society, and Senior Member of the Chinese Computer Society. Vice Chairman of Gansu Innovation Method Research Association and Director of Gansu Motor Vehicle Inspection and Emission Testing Industrial Automation Artificial Intelligence Control Laboratory. Hosted and participated in more than 30 vertical and horizontal scientific research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Science and Technology Support Program, the Provincial Science and Technology Support Program, the Provincial Natural Science Research Fund, and the Municipal Science and Technology Research Program. Received 16 awards including Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, Provincial Technology Invention Award, and various awards at or above the department level. Multiple members of the technical chairpersons and organizational chairpersons of international and domestic conferences. Zhan Tianyou Railway Science and Technology Award, Lanzhou Youth Science and Technology Award(2013), exemplary individual in Scientific Research of Lanzhou Jiaotong University, Outstanding Party Worker of Lanzhou Jiaotong University and other honorary titles. Published over 30 SCI and EI journal papers as the first author and corresponding author, published 3 works, and obtained 12 domestic and foreign patent authorizations. Instructed students to win national gold and silver prizes in the China International University Student Innovation Competition (Internet plus Competition).

汤旻安，工学博士、博士后、教授、博士生导师。现任兰州交通大学创新创业学院院长。IEEE Senior Member、中国自动化学会高级会员、中国电子学会高级会员、中国计算机学会高级会员。甘肃省创新方法研究会副理事长，甘肃机动车检验及排放测试工业自动化人工智能控制实验室主任。主持和参与国家自然科学基金、国家科技支撑计划、省科技支撑计划、省自然科学研究基金、市科技攻关等各类纵、横向科研项目30余项。获得省科技进步奖、省技术发明奖以及厅局级以上各类奖励16项。多个国际国内会议技术主席成员、组织主席成员。获得詹天佑铁道科技奖、兰州市青年科技奖、兰州交通大学科研先进个人、兰州交通大学优秀党务工作者等荣誉称号。以第一作者和通信作者发表SCI、EI期刊论文30余篇，出版著作3部，获国内外专利授权12件。指导学生获得中国国际大学生创新大赛（互联网+大赛）国家级金奖、银奖等奖项。
