刘凡教授，河海大学

Liu Fan, born in January 1988, is a native of Suqian, Jiangsu, a member of the Communist Party of China and a professor. Graduated from Nanjing University of Science and Technology, majoring in computer application technology. In April 2020, he was appointed as the Associate Dean of the School of Computer and Information Science of the Faculty of Informatics. His main research interests are computer vision, machine Xi, and pattern recognition, and he has been engaged in interdisciplinary research in the field of artificial intelligence. He received his Ph.D. degree from Nanjing University of Science and Technology in 2015. From September to December 2008, he went to Asia University in South Korea and from February to April 2014 to Microsoft Research Asia for exchange and study Xi. He is also the executive director of Jiangsu Artificial Intelligence Association, the director of Jiangsu Information Technology Society, and the director of Nanjing Health Information Society. In recent years, he has presided over more than 10 scientific research projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Natural Science Foundation of Jiangsu Province, and the Nantong Science and Technology Program, and has received special funding and first-class funding from the China Postdoctoral Fund, and has participated in many major scientific research projects such as the National Key R&D Program and the Youth 973 Program. He has published more than 70 papers, 20 authorized patents and more than 10 software copyrights. He was selected as an outstanding backbone teacher of the "Blue Project" in Jiangsu Province, the Young Science and Technology Talent Lifting Project of the Jiangsu Association for Science and Technology, the first batch of academic rookies of the "Dayu Scholar Talent Program" of Hohai University, and won the first prize of the Undergraduate Outstanding Graduation Thesis Instructor of Jiangsu Province, the second prize of the Jiangsu Micro-course Teaching Competition, the first prize of the Youth Science and Technology Award of the Jiangsu Information Technology Application Society, the outstanding doctoral dissertation of Nanjing University of Science and Technology, the 12th Excellent Natural Science Academic Paper of Nanjing, the outstanding graduation design instructor of Hohai University, and the excellent class tutor. He has guided students to win more than 10 awards in national innovation and entrepreneurship projects, "China Software Cup" and other competitions.

刘凡，1988年1月出生，江苏宿迁人，中共党员，教授。南京理工大学计算机应用技术专业毕业。2020年4月任信息学部计算机与信息学院副院长。主要研究方向为计算机视觉、机器学习、模式识别，并一直从事人工智能领域的交叉研究工作。2015年获南京理工大学博士学位。2008年9月-12月赴韩国亚洲大学、2014年2月-4月至微软亚洲研究院交流学习。兼任江苏省人工智能会常务理事、江苏省信息技术学会理事、南京市卫生信息学会理事。近年来先后主持国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金、南通市科技计划项目等科研项目10多项，获中国博士后基金特别资助、面上一等资助，并参与了国家重点研发计划、青年973计划等多个重大科研项目。发表论文70多篇，获授权专利20项、软件著作权10多项。入选江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀骨干教师、江苏省科协青年科技人才托举工程、首批河海大学“大禹学者人才计划”学术新秀，获江苏省本科优秀毕业论文一等奖指导教师、江苏省微课教学比赛二等奖、江苏省信息技术应用学会青年科技奖一等奖、南京理工大学优秀博士论文、南京市第十二届优秀自然科学学术论文、河海大学优秀毕业设计指导教师、优秀班导师。指导学生国家级创新创业计划项目、“中国软件杯”等竞赛获奖10多项。
