Dongzhi Zhang, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Vice Dean of the School of Control Science and Engineering, Taishan Scholar of Shandong Province, Global Highly Cited Researcher, Top 2% Scientist in the World, Leader of the Youth Innovation Team of Universities in Shandong Province, Top Talent in Qingdao, Vice Chairman of Shandong Electrotechnical Society, Member of the Chemical Safety Committee of the Chemical Industry and Engineering Society of China, Director of the Laboratory Instrument Branch of the China Instrument and Control Society. In recent years, he has presided over more than 20 scientific research projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Key R&D Program of Shandong Province, and published more than 210 high-level academic papers included in SCI as the first/corresponding author, and was selected as more than 30 ESI highly cited papers, cited more than 13,000 times, authorized more than 20 national invention patents and more than 20 software copyrights. He has won more than 10 awards, including the first prize of scientific and technological progress of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, the first prize of scientific and technological progress of China Federation of Commerce, the second prize of natural science of Shandong Province, the gold medal of special recognition of the Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions, the second prize of natural science of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, the first prize of Shandong Higher Education Teaching Achievement, and the second prize of outstanding scientific and technological works in China's petroleum and chemical automation industry. 张冬至，教授，博士生导师，控制科学与工程学院副院长，山东省泰山学者，全球高被引科学家，全球前2%顶尖科学家，山东省高校青年创新团队带头人，青岛市拔尖人才，山东省电工技术学会副理事长，中国化工学会化工安全专委会委员，中国仪器仪表学会实验室仪器分会理事。主要从事自动化与智能感知技术、多参量传感与融合感知技术、电子信息技术与仪器等研究，近年来主持国家自然科学基金、山东省重点研发计划项目等科研项目20余项，以第一/通讯作者发表SCI收录高水平学术论文210余篇，入选ESI高被引30余篇，他引1.3万余次，授权国家发明专利20余项，软件著作权20余项。荣获中国石油和化学工业联合会科技进步一等奖、中国商业联合会科技进步一等奖、山东省自然科学二等奖、日内瓦国际发明展特别嘉许金奖、中国电子学会自然科学二等奖、山东省高等教育教学成果一等奖、中国石油和化工自动化行业优秀科技著作二等奖等奖励10余项，获评中国石油和化学工业联合会青年突出科技贡献奖、中国石油和化工自动化行业青年突出科技贡献奖、中国高校矿业石油与安全工程领域优秀青年科技人才奖、中国石油和化工优秀科技工作者、中国电子学会优秀科技工作者等荣誉。
