Rongye Shi is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Artificial Intelligence, Beihang University. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, where he was advised by US NAE member Manuela Veloso. He was a postdoc at Columbia University. After returning to China, he worked at Huawei and was selected for Shenzhen's "Peacock Plan" Overseas High-Caliber Talent Program. His research focuses on “domain knowledge+AI”, with significant contributions in physics-informed neural networks, multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning, and their applications in smart cities and AI for Science. He has published over 30 papers in venues such as AAAI and IEEE TITS. He has received awards such as the Amazon AWS ML Research Award, GLSVLSI Best Paper Award, and Huawei "Innovation Pioneer" Presidential Award. His work has been featured on Forbes, ScienceDaily. He was appointed the “assistant chief expert” by Huawei.

石荣晔，北京航空航天大学人工智能学院副教授，博士生导师。美国卡耐基梅隆大学ECE专业博士毕业，师从美国工程院院士Manuela Veloso，曾在美国哥伦比亚大学从事博士后研究工作，回国后曾任职于华为，入选深圳市“孔雀计划”海外高层次人才计划。长期从事领域知识内嵌人工智能算法方面的研究，在物理信息神经网络、多智能体系统、强化学习及其在智慧城市和AI for Science领域的应用等方面开展了许多工作，发表AAAI、IEEE TITS等高水平论文30余篇。主持科技部-科技创新2030-“新一代人工智能”重大项目子课题、国自然青基等项目。获评美国Amazon AWS机器学习研究奖、GLSVLSI 17会议最佳论文奖、NSF Travel Award、John Bardeen Research Award等奖项，相关工作被福布斯(Forbes)、ScienceDaily等主流科技资讯平台报道，曾获华为“创新先锋”总裁奖二等奖、华为“助理首席专家”称号等荣誉。
